DynDNS® Network Monitoring detects network, system, and application level failures and notifies host or service level contacts. Checks are distributed across our network from multiple sites to avoid false positives and provide an accurate view of the availability of your services.

- Notifications can be sent to e-mail or pager aliases
- Designate a notification contact for a host and each service in a host
- Monitor a Dynamic DNS hostname, or standard CNAME or A record

- Look for expected data in a number of checks

Some of these checks can also check for expected data, such as a certain string on a webpage or the correct banner appears when Network Monitoring goes to check service.
