DNS Service Level Agreement
A DNS Service Level Agreement
("SLA") guarantees DNS resolution for Custom
DNSSM and Secondary
DNSSM hosts and zones. This SLA can provide
added peace of mind when you must ensure that your domains will always
be available.
Credit for any outages of services covered by the DNS SLA will be
applied as extensions to the term of those affected services. Please
read the DNS SLA for full details of SLA coverage and the credits
provided for outage events.
The DNS SLA covers all Custom DNSSM and
Secondary DNSSM services in the covered
account, and costs $249.95 per year.
The DNS SLA also includes four (4) Premier
Support cases, good during the period of the SLA.
