A DNS Service Level Agreement ("SLA") guarantees DNS resolution for Custom DNS and Secondary DNS hosts and zones. This SLA can provide added peace of mind when you must ensure that your domains will always be available.

Credit for any outages of services covered by the DNS SLA will be applied as extensions to the term of those affected services. Please read the DNS SLA for full details of SLA coverage and the credits provided for outage events.

The DNS SLA covers all Custom DNS and Secondary DNS services in the covered account. The DNS SLA also includes four (4) Premier Support cases, good during the period of the SLA. You can find information on pricing here.
