Using MailHop Outbound with Netscape Messenger

This document describes how to configure Netscape Messenger to work with MailHop® Outbound.

Netscape: Preferences
Select "Preferences..." from the Edit menu.

Netscape: Credentials
Choose "Mail & Newsgroups" and then select "Mail Servers." Under "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server", enter "outbound.mailhop.org". Use your DynDNS.com username under "Outgoing mail server user name." Select "If Possible" under "Use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or TLS for outgoing messeges."

When you next send mail, you will automatically be prompted for your DynDNS.com password. New outgoing mail will now use MailHop Outbound.
