Dos:

  • English only - we cannot help you in any other language
  • E-mail address that works - if you are having e-mail problems, use a known account (Yahoo Mail, Gmail) but include your username!
  • Download one of our update clients - many of those routers just do not work

Do nots:

  • ...report abuse - send the report to abuse@dyndns.com
  • ...reset your password - use the password reset form
  • ...send us test messages
