You can modify most of your account settings here. Please find a quick list of common links below:
If you wish to close your account, you may do so here. Please note that accounts containing domain registrations cannot be closed. Please also note that closing an account does not automatically initiate a refund; you must manually cancel each eligible service.
If you have accidentally deleted an account containing paid services, you will need to e-mail our Billing team with your username and billing information (e.g. credit cards, invoices, etc.). Please do not recreate your account, as the old account will be reinstated with its previous username.
If your account was free, you may simply recreate it at any time.
If you have forgotten the password for your account, or did not receive the confirmation e-mail to finalize account creation, you may reset your password here. You may enter either your username or your e-mail address (in case you also forgot your username).
If the e-mail address on file is no longer valid, and your account contains paid services, please contact our Billing team for further assistance. If your account is free, you will need to allow the account to expire naturally, then recreate it (see below).
Paid accounts do not expire for inactivity.
Free accounts expire and are deleted under the following conditions:
Account activity is not measured by how often a Dynamic DNS hostname is used. If you do not update a hostname or log into the account in a thirty-day period, the account and its services are removed. Deleted accounts and Dynamic DNS hostnames may be recreated at any time by any user.
To prevent accidental deletion, customers with free accounts should consider purchasing a Dynamic DNS Pro upgrade. Dynamic DNS Pro prevents inactivity expirations, greatly increases the abusive update threshold, allows an additional 25 hostnames per Pro service, and provide many other benefits.
