Payment Options
DynDNS accepts the following methods of payments. Refunds are credited toward your original payment source with the exception of checks or money order. More details about refunds are on our refund page. All payments must be in USD.
Credit Cards
Our preferred method of payment is credit card. We accept the following credit cards for all online transactions: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
Purchases made by credit card will show up on your statement as "DYNAMIC NETWORK SERV MANCHESTER NH" - please contact billing@dyndns.com with any billing-specific enquiries, being certain to include all relevant details of the transaction in question, especially your username and the invoice ID of your purchase.
Check/Money order
You may mail us paper checks or money orders in USD and drawn on a United States bank for us to cash in exchange for DynDNS Vouchers. Checks must be clearly labeled your username or we will not credit your account. Refunds will only be made to DynDNS Vouchers. Checks must be mailed to:

DynDNS Vouchers are like gift certificates and can be applied to any purchase on our website and do not expire.
