Dynamic Network Services, Inc. (DynDNS) announced today the availability of Premier Support, an advanced customer support offering. Customers using any DynDNS services can now access DynDNS Support Technicians around-the-clock through an interactive telephone response system.
Upon purchasing Premier Support, customers will be assigned a set of unique "case numbers." The numbers are used to verify purchase of the service at the time of an incident. Customers will be able to call a toll-free (within the United States) telephone number, enter their incident number and a callback telephone number, and record a voicemail describing the problem they are having.
"From there, everything goes on behind the scenes," said Christian Smith, DynDNS Director of Customer Service. "Once a case is opened, the appropriate technicians are paged, given the details of the problem, and a response can be coordinated. Customers can expect a return phone call within about 60 minutes of their initial call."

Premier Support now adds to those existing offerings, providing our customers with round-the-clock support and a quick response.
