Issue 13: Content Facelift and Suggestions

You may have noticed that many of the pages on our site, including descriptions of our services and the how-to documents, have been rewritten and reorganized.
We have also introduced some graphics on our pages to help users identify with services in a more concrete manner.
This will make things easier to find and easier to understand.
These changes, like almost all changes we make, are based on user feedback. What else do you want to see us do?
