DynDNS has recently released this newsletter as a venue to publish minor (and sometimes major) features, launches, announcements, and other items of note. We have toyed with a number of different formats but this seems like the one that makes the most sense.
New Update Clients
Over the next couple weeks, we will be running a beta for both a new Windows and Mac update clients. Both clients have major improvements in their ease of use. Please try them out! You can find them on the beta clients page.
ICANN Accreditation
We received our ICANN accreditation last year and we've been working on providing a seamless transition to registering domains under DynDNS. Since 2003, we have been acting as a Tucows reseller. Since then, we have registered tens of thousands of domain names and we saw that it was time to register future domains ourselves. You might notice on domain name renewals that you will actually be transferring a domain name from Tucows/DynDNS to DynDNS.
