DynDNS Certified for Dynamic DNS
The DynDNS Certified for Dynamic DNS logo certifies that your product works well with DynDNS Dynamic DNS service. Products must meet the following criteria:
- Ability to successfully update hosts using Dynamic DNS in all offered Dynamic DNS domains
- Must only update when the IP address has changed
- Unique user agent header that identifies the client
- Compliance with the other requirements in our hardware authoring hints
We encourage manufacturers to also incorporate support for Custom DNS service and apply for the DynDNS Certified for Custom DNS program.
Products that have been tested for the DynDNS Certified for Dynamic DNS program and that have passed testing are entitled to use the DynDNS Certified for Dynamic DNS logo on the packaging, in the configuration interface for the client, in the router's documentation and in any promotional materials.
