Submission Process
To have a client be considered for certification, a product
sample should be sent to our corporate
offices, along with the submission form.
Our labs will acknowledge receipt of delivery and begin testing. This
process takes can take up to two weeks.
If your product passes our evaluation, your product will be added to our list of
certified products. We will also send you a testing
report with any minor problem or suggestions for your client.
If your product does not pass our screening, we will send you
a detailed report explaining the failure(s) and provide
suggestions to correct the problem(s). After these fixes are made, you can then send
us updated software or firmware that we can evaluate.
