Work Hard, Play Hard
When you've been working hard on a project, sometimes you need to take a break. Our on-site recreational activities can help recharge your batteries -- cruise on a Segway, shoot some pool or rack up some points on our pinball machine. Spontaneous nerf-gun battles are also known to erupt on occasion.
There's plenty of opportunity to learn and flexibility to pursue a variety of different projects. The freezer is loaded with all the hot pockets you can eat and fridge has all the soda you can drink.
A couple times a year, we also take time off for some company-wide team building and fun, such as a day at F1 Boston Go-Kart Racing. While we leave the rat race behind, we get energized racing each other around the track, all in the spirit of healthy competition, of course.
